We always need supplies for our therapists working with needy children and for our lending library.  To make a donation, please call our office and we will make arrangements to pick up items in good condition.

Fees and Appointments!

Florida Pediatric Therapy accepts a variety of commercial insurance PPO, POS, and some network/HMO plans (Florida Blue BCBS, CIGNA, AETNA, UHC).  Not all commercial plans cover pediatric therapies.  Please contact us for individual information about costs.

Ages 3-21

If your child is between the ages of 3 and 21, they are eligible to be evaluated by their local school district.  If they are already in school, you may speak to your child’s teacher and administration about this.  If your child is not yet in school, please call the number for your county’s preschool evaluation/child find team.  In many cases you may choose to use us in addition to school based services.
